  1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our work (consulting, compliance, and HR services), all sales and service fees are considered final. However, we understand that circumstances may vary and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.


  1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

You have been charged in error (e.g., duplicate payment)

Services have not been rendered as agreed in a signed contract

A prepaid service was canceled by mutual agreement before work began

To be eligible for a refund:

You must notify us in writing within 7 days of the issue

The request must include a valid reason and any supporting documentation


  1. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

Completed consulting hours or project deliverables

Setup or administrative fees

Customized policy creation, training sessions, or audits once initiated

Subscriptions or monthly retainers after work has commenced


  1. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

It will be processed within 10–14 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

A confirmation email will be sent once the transaction is completed


  1. Service Modifications or Credits

If a full refund is not applicable, we may offer one of the following as an alternative:

Partial refund

Service credit toward future work

Adjusted scope of service delivery

Our goal is to find a resolution that maintains a positive working relationship.
